Our mission is to develop products based on a novel activator system in combination with FDA approved cytotoxic drugs. We are focused on improving therapies for life treatening cancer diseases by enhancing efficacy and decreasing side-effects of existing cancer treatments. Our overall aim is to increase life expectancy and Quality of Life for cancer patients by developing novel gene- or protein-based cancer therapies. 

Our products are based on our proprietary ZGene Activation System (ZAS™). The ZAS™ technology exploits the potential of various activator genes that increase efficacy of several blockbuster drugs.

Our ZAS™ platform has significant potential and has given rise to a portfolio of promising projects. Our strategy is to develop a small fraction of these projects in-house, while out-licensing others to external partners.
