The ZGene approach

ZGene is a biotech company with a core business in development of novel therapies for the treatment of cancer diseases. We have significant preclinical experience, and our discovery platform has generated several highly active cytotoxic genes. Our pipeline comprises two advanced preclinical candidates in the field of brain cancer and breast cancer. We currently have several other programmes in the discovery phase as shown in the figure below.

ZGene has two advanced projects targeting cancer diseases, and a suicide gene project:

• ZG451/gemcitabine for breast cancer
• Suicide Gene Technology
